When I hear a word “headshot” I picture this business type photo, taken in a studio, with a gray background, head turned a bit to the side, a person wearing a suit, has perfect hair/make-up and is smiling at the camera.
When I say “headshot” for myself, I mean something different. I still call it a “headshot” – a photo that will represent you in social media, on your website, or wherever you see fit. But it’s a different kind of photos.
So many people own a business, that has a purpose, a story and a personality behind it. I want to capture that at my portrait photo sessions.
It would take me roughly 15 minutes to take a few “headshots”, be it in the office, cafe, or outside. And the rest 45 minutes I’d love to spend photographing YOU, the space around you, the amazing team you have (at work!), your workspace, details that describe you. Or I might just talk to you and find what it is that makes you special. There is always something. And it can be revealed only after we’ve personally connected.
